What Return Policy Do You Have?
Naila's Palette accepts exchanges under specific conditions. Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours if the item delivered has a factory defect or if an incorrect product was received. All items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that returns due to change of mind, preference, or size selection are not accepted.
